Reintegration of a subsidiary into the parent company

In a context of industrial ramp-up, following the signing of a major contract, a defense industrial group wishes to reintegrate one of its subsidiaries in order to refocus efforts on the service of this contract.

Challenge

After more than 10 years separated from its parent company, the subsidiary has developed its own structure and its own processes and IT tools, different from those of the Group. Furthermore, the reintegration must not disrupt production and jeopardize the delivery target set under the contract.

Solution

A two-step approach, firstly overseeing the legal reintegration of the subsidiary into the parent company.

A second, more substantial phase, in the role of PMO, in particular to oversee the change of ERP in the subsidiary and the definition of new business processes.
