We rather rack our brains over a solution than complain about the problem. And we know that solving a complex problem just means killing a series of small easy problems in the right order.

That being said – we are selective with our candidates. We see this as a fair price for the trust we place in you once you get on the team. Here are the steps you will go through if you apply at Alba & Co.

• Application by email including a resume and a cover letter (contact@alba-andco.com);
• Business case in English, based on situations we have encountered and reflecting the skillset we are looking for. The business case is performed by the candidate at our offices and in a limited amount of time. The case exclusively deals with issues in strategy, basic corporate finance and logic.
• Interview with a member of the team. We are particularly interested in your motivations to join Alba & Co, your curiosity and responsiveness. This is your shot at showing you are an alert, ambitious and trustworthy person.
